Our Embassy represents British interests in Lebanon. We are responsible for building and developing contacts between our two countries at all levels, and in a wide range of other fields.

The British Ambassador, Frances Guy, is in charge of the Embassy.

• Our Consular Section provides services for British citizens in Lebanon.
• Trade Development Section handles trade and investment issues including helping British companies do business in Lebanon and Lebanon companies do business with Britain.
• The Political Section works to promote political links between the UK and Lebanon.
• The Management staff are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Embassy.
• The Press and Public Diplomacy section informs people in Lebanon about British policies and values and provides services for journalists, teachers, students and others with an interest in Britain.
