Complaint procedure
If you are not happy with the service that you have received from us and want your dissatisfaction recorded and for something to be done about it you can write to Her Majesty's Consul at the British Embassy.
You have three available means of contact:
- By email: Her Majesty's Consul
- By putting your complaint in the customer satisfaction box at the British Embassy
- By post to:

Our commitment is to reply to a complaint within 20 working days of the date it was received by the Embassy.
